Tracks by PRN offers specialized program options for young adults who would like to live on their own, but who may require additional support in order to transition to such independence successfully. Our beautifully furnished, brand-new apartment is conveniently located in the vibrant downtown area of Golden, Colorado–a quaint, mid-sized community that offers multiple academic, vocational and recreational opportunities. PRN’s team of well-trained, trauma-informed professional mentors work closely with our licensed clinical Family Consultants to provide customized wrap-around support, 24/7 crisis management, and life-coaching to help clients achieve their personal goals. PRN’s Wilderness Transition Package
Do you know a student who is transitioning home after participating in a wilderness therapy program? PRN for Families offers a special package of services that can support all family members in their efforts to maintain and build upon the successes that they achieved during their wilderness experience. 
This 16 week package includes collaborative transition planning prior to departure from wilderness, a comprehensive three-day home assessment, premium consultation & case management, outreach and coordination with home-based professionals, clinical family coaching & Love and Logic® parenting curriculum, family preservation services, mentor services & life skills, 24/7 crisis support, and the opportunity to build a comprehensive, wrap-around support program in the home and community.
