Who is PRN for Families?

We are a nation-wide program providing intensive, in-home crisis intervention services, family assessments, comprehensive planning, follow up, counseling and life-skills for families who have teenagers who are out of control or at imminent risk of being separated from their family.  We also serve families who require transition or reunification services to safely re-unite them with their teens following an out-of-home placement.  Our goal is to strengthen families to safely live together.

School is Almost Out for Summer

What are your Plans?

PRN for Families has a Home from School program available to assist families of students needing additional support over the Summer Break and holidays.
If you, or someone you know is concerned that a child will loose ground over the summer months, or revert back to old behaviors while on break, please call us.  Our initial consultation is free and we have several programs available to meet the specific need of every family.

TRACKS – For Young Adults

This program provides customized services to young adults who are re-integrating back into the community, transitioning to an independent living situation, or a college living environment. Our goal is to provide a seamless transition and comprehensive wrap around services to empower the student to be self-sufficient as they reach this important milestone.  Looking for more information? Check our our website www.prnforfamilies.com.

 Independent Living for
Young Adults

Whatever the scenario, self-sufficiency does not happen overnight and often  requires added support, guidance and direction as your teen becomes an adult.
Dealing with adult issues such as managing money, maintaining a living space, taking care of personal needs, preparing food, caring for clothing, using transportation, going to class and/or work can combine to cause major stress for young adults.
We recognize this challenge, and can provide a stepping stone to support a smooth transition during this process.
We offer individual, customized programs structured with a high level of accountability, yet community-based, which means we go into the community versus the client going outside to receive services.  These programs are specifically designed for clients who have exhausted more traditional services.
